Take a well-deserved break and drop in for a relaxed, friendly morning for adult unpaid carers. Our main session takes place between 10.00am and 12.00pm, but everyone is welcome to stay on and join us for a free lunch from 12.00 till 1.00pm.

Enjoy a selection of snacks and refreshments in a warm, supportive space. Stay for as little or as long as you like—this time is yours.

• Simply unwind and connect with others who understand
