We’ve reserved a table and would love for you to drop in anytime between 11:00am and 3:00pm—stay for a few minutes or a few hours, whatever suits you. There’s no need to book, just come along and make yourself at home.

Whether you’re looking for a friendly chat, a listening ear, or simply a well-earned break from your caring role, we’ll be there to offer support, advice, and good company in a relaxed setting.

This informal get-together is open to all unpaid carers aged 25 and over, and refreshments are on us.
