Connect to Nature

Find yourself again as you immerse in nature.

Join us as we venture outdoors for a time for reflection and an escape from the noise. These mindfulness sessions take us to various spots around the local area with activities, movement, stories and creativity added into the mix. These sessions begin from An Drochaid, Claggan, and are suitable for all levels, although they do include mixed terrain. Attendees can leave personal items at the facility when they go out and are welcome to join us for a snack and refreshment after.
